Terms of Service

NoodleFuse is a free daily puzzle site at noodlefuse.com. By creating an account or using the site you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You need an account to play the Daily 5 and appear on leaderboards. Free Play is open to anyone. Pick a username you're happy for other players to see — we don't allow usernames containing slurs, harassment, or content that sexualises minors. The site filters obvious cases, but we may also remove or rename accounts at our discretion if something slips through.

Don't share your account, don't pretend to be someone else, and don't try to get round bans by making new accounts.

All scoring happens on the server. Don't try to cheat — modifying client code, intercepting requests, scripting, abusing timing exploits, or anything similar. If we spot it, the consequences scale with the offence:

• First detection— affected scores reset.
• Repeat or egregious cases— account suspension or permanent ban.

We reserve the right to remove suspect scores from leaderboards at any time without notice.

NoodleFuse has very little user-to-user interaction by design — no chat, no comments, no DMs. Where you do show up to other players (your username, your country flag, your scores on the activity feed), keep it friendly. We can suspend or ban accounts using NoodleFuse to harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.

The puzzles, code, design, and brand are ours. You're welcome to share screenshots of your scores, link to the site, and tell people about NoodleFuse. You're not allowed to copy the puzzles into your own product, scrape the site at scale, or use the NoodleFuse name to suggest your project is endorsed by us.

NoodleFuse is provided as-is and free of charge. We try hard to keep it running, scoring fair, and data safe, but we can't promise the site will always be available, bug-free, or that scores are perfectly preserved against every possible failure. Don't rely on NoodleFuse for anything important — it's a game.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage caused by using or being unable to use the site. If something does go wrong, the most you can claim from us is what you paid to use the site, which is £0.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we do, we'll explain why if you ask, unless explaining would compromise an investigation (e.g. naming the cheat method).

You can close your own account anytime by emailing hello@noodlefuse.com. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

If we change anything material we'll update the “last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, email registered users. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
